San Mateo Antigua

SAN MATEO ANTIGUA is a new residential and cultural development conveniently located just before the entrance to the City of Antigua, near the village of San Mateo Milpas Altas.  Sitting atop a one hundred plus acre privately owned mountain, this very private refuge boasts stunning views of the Valley of Antigua, the Agua, Fuego, and Acatenango Volcanoes, the Piñon Hill, and all around views of coffee plantation and protected pristine mountain ranges with their lush green perennial vegetation.

LA PROVINCIA RESIDENCES

La Provincia is SAN MATEO´S prime residential area.  It is located in the highest, northernmost part of the development.  This area enjoys spectacular mountain top views ad and delectable climate year round.  It is an exclusive and completely private refuge.  La Provincia consists of a variety of lots for residential development only.  Lot sizes range from 2,150.00 square feet (200mt2 / 285vr2) to 21,527 square feet (2000mt2 / 2862vr2); and prices range from $40,000 up to $120,000.  Lots are divided in spanish colonial style blocks with cobblestone streets and ample sidewalks.  Each lot boasts wonderful views.  It has two gated entrances with twenty four hour security and CCTV systems, and includes state of the art water treatment pland and underground ducts for all utility services.
