 SALE OF RESIDENTIAL & COMMERCIAL PROPERTIES - We represent pre-owned residential and commercial properties for sale. The main objective is to listen to the client´s needs before making recommendations.    

CONSTRUCTION & REMODELLING - We work directly with several competent and reliable contractors to provide competitive price quotations for building or renovations. The company also provides site supervision, cost control, material ordering and labor payments, if required. Our fees generally amount to 2% of the overall costs of construction.  

ADMINISTRATION & PROPERTY MANAGEMENT - Management and administration of both rental and seasonal properties by providing the following services: collection of rental deposits, rental payments, payments regarding maintenance of the home, gardening, cleaning, deposit or transfer funds to client’s accounts, check inventory on rental properties on move in and check out. This assures the home owners that everything is handled with care, and eliminates worry and concerns that things are looked after in their absence. The fees are a flat rate on a monthly basis, and are not related to the value of the rent. Monthly statements are issued providing income and expenses.  

REAL ESTATE LEGAL ASSISTANCE - As all real estate transactions require either rental contracts or purchase agreements, we have a list of recommended licensed independent legal representatives (Lawyers) who can provide competent advice and direction in completing all types of contracts.  

PROPERTY TITLE SEARCH - We have direct access to the Guatemalan Central Property Registry. All title claims can be verified within minutes to assure that all properties we represent have been fully disclosed for mortgages, liens, encumbrances, ownership and any other possibilities that may represent potential concerns for our purchasers.  

TOPOGRAPHICAL SURVEYS - We ensure competent, licensed engineers do topographical surveys, land stability reports, or potential problems related to archaeological sites that may arise during construction.  

 RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT ASSISTANCE - For investment clients, we offer land and location analysis, market potential, market survey reports, design input based on potential customer requirements, Municipal licensing assistance, and pre sales assistance, as well as full time on site sales representation during all phases of construction, and project completion.  

APPRAISALS - The properties have been appraised objectively based on experience, current market conditions, and comparative sales in order to provide the best value for your money. We offer free no obligation home appraisals in the Antigua area.

 INSURANCE (PROPERTY, VEHICLE, HEALTH & LIFE) - We have agency status with major insurance providers for the following coverage’s :  

• Homeowners insurance that provides FULL coverage for private residences, commercial buildings, and tenant liability, including earthquake coverage.

• Automobile insurance at very reasonable rates. Basic coverage (3rd. party liability), to full coverage, including theft.

• Health insurance is available to cover major medical. The rates are predicated on age, previous and current medical conditions of the applicant. The coverage is worldwide, and the deductibles are as low as $500.00, with up to $2,000,000.00 coverage. The rates, compared to the US, are extremely low.

• Life insurance is available in all types of coverage that suits the client’s needs, form term insurance, to full life.
