We have been so satisfied by the service Century21 Casa Nova (C21) provided us that we asked them if we could write a few words of recommendation.  Although our real estate needs were fairly modest, the personalized attention Brian and Glenn offered made us feel like we were their most important customers.

After we initially explained what we were looking for, they showed us a large number of options to consider.  Their knowledge of the area and the overall real estate market in Antigua made us confident that we were dealing with the right people.  Never pushy, they respectfully listened to what we wanted and then professionally (and patiently) did their best to satisfy.  We never felt they were rushing us, and they took the time to thoroughly hear us out, assess our needs, and make valuable suggestions.  As we are not native to Guatemala and are unfamiliar with legal and financial dealings here, their insight and explanations of how to navigate local waters were invaluable.  Ultimately, the staff of C21 not only helped us to secure our immediate needs, but won our trust for future real estate dreams as well.
